Other accreditations: Graduates can get credit for 1 semester towards Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology's 3-year Bachelor of Arts (Animation and Interactive Media).

Duration / enrolment: 35 or 41 weeks, fulltime

Prerequisites: Required to show creativity by submitting some examples of work in a medium of the applicant’s choice. A working knowledge of digital imaging software such as Photoshop and illustration software such as FreeHand or Illustrator would be an advantage.

Description: Learn all aspects of animation and video production from idea to reality. Develop storytelling and design skills, learn to shoot, capture and edit digital video, record voiceovers, edit music and create soundtracks. This course also covers the latest industry-standard techniques for 3D modelling and animation as well as post-production finishing touches. By successfully completing this course students have the necessary core skills to maximise their learning potential in the Diploma of Video Post Production (Advanced).
